Do you ship your products?

Shipping cannabis is illegal. Currently, Loveli products are only available through licensed dispensaries in the state of Florida and Arizona (coming soon). You can search for the dispensary nearest to you by using our Store Locator.

What if I have an issue with my Loveli product?

How do I store my Loveli products?

Always store your products in a dry, cool climate (68- 77° F (20- 25° C). Never leave them in extreme temperatures like a very hot or cold car. 

How long does it take for your edibles to work?

It depends. Sometimes you’ll feel the effects in as little as 30 minutes, other times it can take 90 minutes or up to 4 hours. That’s why we recommend you take it slow, and start with a low dose, especially if you are new to edibles.

Are Loveli edibles vegan? How about gluten-free?

Our gummies/soft chews are both vegan and gluten-free!

We send our products to certified testing facilities to ensure safety, quality, and potency.  We follow all state regulations. 

Do you use High Fructose Corn Syrup in any of your products?

We do not!  All of our products are sweetened cane sugar.  Our gummies also have tapioca syrup and fructose.
